Here you will find some guidelines to prepare your oral or poster presentation. Don’t hesitate to contact the organisation if you have any question.
Oral Presentations
Your oral presentation will last 15 minutes (plus 5 min dedicated to Q&A). Please prepare your presentation accordingly.
You are expected to prepare your Oral contribution in format .pptx or .PDF. A computer with Windows installed will be available in the conference room. Both 4:3 and 16:9 format are compatible.
Poster Presentations
Poster presentations will be divided into two sessions to facilitate interaction with authors.
We suggest that you create your poster in the A0 standard size (118.9 cm high x 84.1 cm wide), with vertical orientation.
