All financial transactions and invoicing are managed by our external provider: H.T. Eventi e Formazione (https://www.htcongressi.it/).

  • Data Controller for Fiscal Purposes: H.T. Eventi e Formazione acts as an independent Data Controller for all data required to fulfill fiscal and accounting obligations.
  • Scope: The MH26 Organizing Committee does not store payment details.

7. Image and Video Recording (Photography)

Images contained in photos, videos, or other audiovisual material acquired during the event may be published on the University’s official communication channels, as they were collected during a public event, respecting the honor, reputation, and decorum of the individuals involved.

In accordance with Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, it is specified that:

  • Purpose: Images and videos are collected for institutional purposes to document and promote the cultural and research activities of the University and the MH26 conference.
  • Diffusion: Photos and recordings may be published on the official conference website and the official LinkedIn page.
  • Retention: Photographic material will be retained in our digital archives for a period of 6 years from the end of the event, after which it will be deleted, unless further retention is required for historical archiving purposes.
  • Consent: By participating in this public interest event, participants acknowledge that images may be captured. To object to a specific photo, please inform the staff on-site or contact us via email microfluidics2026@dfa.unipd.it.
