Here you will find some guidelines to prepare your oral or poster presentation. Don’t hesitate to contact the organisation if you have any question.

Oral Presentations

  • Contributed Oral Presentations: 20 minutes total (15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A)
  • Perspective Oral Presentations: 40 minutes total (30-minute presentation + 10-minute Q&A)
  • Plenary Oral Presentations: 60 minutes total (45-minute presentation + 15-minute Q&A)

Authors are kindly requested to prepare their presentations accordingly and to adhere to the allocated time.

Presentations should be prepared in .pptx or .pdf format. A Windows-based computer will be available in the conference room, and this is the recommended option. Both 4:3 and 16:9 formats are supported. Speakers are kindly requested to upload their presentation to the room computer before the start of their session and to ensure that slides are tested in advance.

Use of personal computers is permitted (HDMI connectivity will be available). However, presenters are kindly requested to:

  • Bring any necessary adapters
  • Test their setup in the presentation room prior to the session

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will be organized into two sessions to facilitate interaction between authors and participants:

  • Tuesday, 19 May (16:00 – 17:20)
  • Thursday, 21 May (16:00 – 17:20)

Posters will remain on display until Thursday evening in the area where coffee breaks and lunches are held, providing additional opportunities for discussion.

Authors are encouraged to prepare their posters in A0 format (118.9 cm high × 84.1 cm wide), in portrait orientation.

The top of the poster should clearly display:

  • Title
  • Author(s)
  • Affiliation(s)

All text and visual elements (figures, charts, images) should be clearly readable from a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
